This page is for individuals in the EU and UK and explains how to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It works alongside our Privacy Notice, which explains what we collect and why.
Your rights
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data, subject to legal exceptions.
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability: ask for your data in a portable format.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Withdraw consent: where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
How to make a request
Email privacy@tradingcard.news with the subject “GDPR Request”. Tell us which right you want to exercise and enough detail for us to find your data. We may ask for information to verify your identity before we act, so we do not disclose data to the wrong person.
Our response
We aim to respond within one month, as required by the GDPR. If a request is complex we may extend this and will tell you if so. Exercising your rights is free in normal circumstances.
Newsletter and marketing
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any newsletter, or by emailing us. We send the newsletter on the basis of your consent.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
